A yoga sequence can support the natural detoxification process by increasing circulation,compressing and twisting the organs and encouraging relaxation.
Even simple inversions drain lymphatic and venous fluids from legs and pelvis.
Deep forward bends promote good digestion. A guided relaxation counteracts the release of stress hormones.
It is suggested that one avoid , (at least cut down on ) caffeine, sugars and simple carbohydrates during these Three weeks.
