If you find it difficult to fall asleep or stay sleeping through the night, this 3 week series will offer you some tools from the tradition of yoga to help you sleep better and longer.
* review the effects on the body mind complex when we are sleep deprived
*teach basic yoga postures to relax the body and mind
*teach basic breathing techniques to help us enjoy a full uninterrupted stretch of sleep time that we all need
