I would like to offer some free yoga classes online through the app called Zoom.

I would like to offer a Free of charge, gentle restorative class on Saturday March 28th at 11:00-12:30.

To enter what’s called the meeting you will click on the link I send you and your computer will ask you to download the app or install it into your computer. It is really quite simple once you do it for the first time. I think you can do this way ahead of the scheduled time.

You will see an icon for a microphone and a Camera, you can choose whether you want to be seen or not.  Sometimes your device will ask about audio...System Audio is what you want.

After I say hello and while I’m teaching I will have the microphones on mute so we don't all hear what is happening in your house!  Also, when we touch out phone or tablet it makes a big noise, thank you to the person who let me know this.

Set up your device or computer or yourself in such a way that you can see the screen and it’s sometimes helpful for me to see you as well, I know that might be hard if you have a small screen and need it close by.

If you were familiar with my classes the audio might be enough anyways.

As for props, if you don’t have official yoga props, look around your house, towels, large, small, face cloths, blankets a strap, maybe cushions you have on your chairs, you will also need some kind of chair or low table to put your legs on. Plastic bins turned over, your dog or cat can sometimes come it handy.

Step stool. And a wall...or door, be creative.
